Half Eaten Cookie Hospitality's Bryan Dayton and chef/partner Samuel McCandless are excited to announce their latest project: CBurger , a new fast casual burger restaurant that focuses on regenerative, organic beef.

"For the last few years, we have passionately advocated for, and championed, the use of regenerative beef at our Spanish chophouse, Corrida," says Dayton. "Our dedication in this space is what drives us forward, and we are excited to seize new opportunities where we hope to inspire others to embrace regenerative practices in their own lives and businesses. Our goal is to revolutionize the way people perceive and consume beef. We believe that regenerative beef is not a luxury, but a necessity for the future of our planet. Starting with CBurger, we hope to bring regenerative, organic beef to the masses, making it accessible, delicious, and sustainable."

CBurger sources 100% of their beef from local regenerative ranches. The CBurger brand envisions a future of expanded offerings, but for now guests can expect CBurger's Double Cheeseburger with tomato, lettuce, and CBurger sauce; the Colorado Double Cheeseburger with smoked bacon, crispy onions, and green chili sauce; Single Cheeseburgers/Hamburgers; a Portobello Mushroom Burger; and Golden Fries.
